Schedule
● Gates open at 8 a.m.
● Car & Motorcycle Show judging begins at 9 a.m.
● Awards are announced after the Air Show (approximately 1:30 p.m.)
Registration
Registration is $20 CASH at the gate only! We are NOT able to accept checks or credit cards on site, as we need to quickly clear the highway and get cars parked.
There are ATMs on the grounds near the Osceola Lions Food & Beer Tent and the Pancake Breakfast.
The Car Show is limited to the first 600 cars. The Motorcycle Show is limited to 150 bikes.
All registered show participants will receive a swag bag, dash plaques and more!
Note: When registering, you acknowledge you are participating of your own free will and therefore indemnify and hold harmless Osceola Wheels & Wings, their owners, officers, agents, volunteers, or employees from any and all claims in the event of damage, loss or injury arising from your presence or participation.
Rules
● All Show Cars and Motorcycles must be driven onto the airport grounds. There is no parking available for trailers!
● There are THREE entrances off Airport Road (68th Ave) from the west. Vendors, Volunteers and Accessible Parking should use GATE 1 (Must display a pass). Show Motorcycles should use GATE 2. Car Show vehicles should use GATE 4 (grass field parking). Spectator parking begins beyond Gate 4.
● NO CARRY-INS OR COOLERS! The Food and Merchandise Vendors at Osceola Wheels & Wings are VITAL to us keeping this event going. Many of our concessions are run by local non-profits. We appreciate you showing your support for them, and us, by giving them your business!
● NO OIL LEAKS! Cars and bikes with any oil/fluid leaks CANNOT be parked on asphalt and must park on the grass or bring something to put under your vehicle. Please be respectful of our hosts and HONEST about your rig!

Car Clubs are welcome! If you'd like to park near each other, you must show up and enter as a group! We can recommend places nearby for you to meet up before you enter, but we CANNOT reserve spaces for your group to park together on the show grounds if you don't arrive together.
